Yes of course you can come on your own, we welcome everybody and we would like every participant to do the same : )

- What is QI-Flow stretching of the energy meridians?
It is a gentle practice inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses slow movements and conscious breathing to support the natural flow of energy in the body.
It helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance without force or strain, making it suitable for all levels.

- Do you need to be flexible to do this practices?
No, they are open to all levels.

- Can I do meditation even if I am a beginner?
Yes, we all have a starting point.
